OK folks, a shift from what we discussed last week to move the explorations later. That means we will have your
Vector Unit Exam on Tuesday, then jump into ... (drumroll) .... calculus on Thursday. This is our final topic. There is a lot to it, but it's exceptionally useful and the foundation for many applications of mathematics in subjects like science, economics, engineering, business, and medicine. Great stuff! As for the exploration, we will do it in the last two weeks before Winter break. But this is still the time to figure out your topic, as that will give you plenty of time to pursue more imaginative ideas. Finally, no class on Monday which will run a Wednesday schedule due to the Wed holiday. See you in class,
Mr. Alei
